3.4 pkr300 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided during registration at any time, including prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Acceptable identity documents include a national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence issued by the relevant Pakistani authority.
3.5 Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of the Account balance, and may be referred to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authority.
4.1 Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their pkr300 login credentials, including their username and password. pkr300 will not ask you to disclose your password under any circumstances. Any communication purporting to be from pkr300 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
4.2 All activity conducted through your Account using your login credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether the activity was authorised by you. pkr300 is not liable for losses arising from the unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
4.3 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify pkr300 immediately by contacting our support team via live chat or email. pkr300 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account pending investigation.
4.4 pkr300 strongly recommends that all Members:
pkr300 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and domestic bank transfer. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to the Member's Account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider.
pkr300 does not accept third-party deposits. Funds must be deposited from a payment account held in the same name as the registered pkr300 Account. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned, and the Member's Account may be subject to review.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the Account dashboard. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete on the Member's Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. pkr300 targets same-day processing for verified accounts, subject to the payment provider's own processing timelines.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. pkr300 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds.
Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money balances that have met any applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
All transactions on pkr300 are denominated in PKR. pkr300 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though individual payment providers may apply their own fees or limits. An Account is classified as dormant if it has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. pkr300 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rs 200 to dormant accounts once the dormancy period has been reached, until either the Account balance reaches zero or the Member reactivates their Account by logging in. Members will be notified by email prior to dormancy fees commencing.
6.1 pkr300 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports-specific promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published at the point of offer and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.
6.2 Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all pkr300 bonuses:

These game rules supplement and, in the event of a conflict regarding game-specific matters, take precedence over these general Terms.
7.2 pkr300 reserves the right to void any bet or game round in the following circumstances:
7.3 For sports betting, the settlement of markets is governed by the official result declared by the relevant governing body at the time of settlement. pkr300 will wait a reasonable period for official results to be confirmed before settling markets. In the event of an official result reversal after settlement, pkr300 reserves the right to re-settle the market in accordance with the amended result.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr300 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

13.2 To initiate a formal dispute, Members must contact pkr300 support in writing, setting out the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought. pkr300 will acknowledge the dispute within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 20 business days of acknowledgement.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through pkr300's internal process, Members may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by pkr300's gaming licence authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are published on the pkr300 About Us page.
13.4 Pending resolution of any dispute, the affected Account may be restricted at pkr300's discretion to preserve the integrity of the resolution process.
14.1 pkr300 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, gaming licence requirements, Platform features, payment methods, or operational policies.
14.2 Where amendments are material, pkr300 will provide Members with advance notice via email or an on-Platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.
